老年脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿的，临床治疗效果。方法对120例老年脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿患者的临床表现、相关治疗及形成机制进行了回顾性分析。结果120例老年脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿患者，按GOS治疗分级：治愈24例，良好21例，中残19例，重残11例，植物生存5例，死亡40例。结论老年脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿患者大多病情重，有无意识障碍病例存在，致残率、病死率较高，应及时采取CT复查等有效措施。objective Discuss agedness brain contusion and crack injury with skull inside haematoma clinical representation and treatment. Methods Analyze 120 cases agedness brain contusion and crack injury with skull inside haematoma＇s clinical representation and their relevant treatment and discuss its formation base. Results 120 cases agedness brain contusion and crack injury with skull inside haematoma, 24 cases are healed. According to GOS treatment divided them into levels： 21 cases are fine, 19 cases are middle deformity; 11 cases are severity deformity; 5cases are loss consciousness living; 40 cases death. Conciusion Agedness brain contusion and crack injury with skull inside haematoma could be light injury and it could also be severity injury. Most of patients are severity injury. Those loss consciousness impediment cases are exist, its cause of deformity rate and death rate are high. Age should not be the factor to influence surgery. Observe patients＇state of illness, CT exam in time, active treatment, combine with high pressure oxygen and traditional Chinese medicine treatment etc. integration handling is the availability measures.
