摘　　要：目的探讨有机磷农药中毒的临床护理对策。方法对59例有机磷农药中毒患者的护理进行系统回顾。结果经有效的抢救治疗及护理干预后，59例病人均经抢救成功，平均住院时间17天。结论彻底洗胃，及时应用阿托品，病情观察，是抢救成功的保证。Abstract Objective Methods 59 cases of To explore the nursing intervention of Organopho- sphate poisoning. organophosphate poisoning patient care systems retrospective. Results effective emergency treatment and care intervention, 59 patients have been successfully rescued, The average length of stay of 17 days. Conclusion Gastrolavage thorough, timely application of atropine, and the illness was observed, is a guarantee for success in the rescue.
