早期护理干预对膝关节骨折术后关节功能康复护理

摘　　要：目的为探讨膝部骨折术后康复措施介入时机，使膝部关节功能最大限度得到改善，预防关节僵硬，促进关节功能恢复。方法通过对122例膝部骨折术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组实施心理康复，及早介入综合康复护理措施，主、被动的有效锻炼及辅助治疗方法，并对康复护理方法进行改进。对照组采用常规护理方法。结果实验组膝关节功能明显优于对照组，P〈0．01。结论对膝部骨折术后患者早期介入综合康复护理措施，有利于膝关节功能的改善，防止膝关节粘连和关节僵硬，使患者早日回归社会。Objective To probe the right gime to take rehabilitation measures after fracture of knee joint, restore the utmost function of knee joint, prevent stiffness of joint, hasten recovery of function of joint. Methods 122 postoperative patients after fracture of knee joint were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Proup. Psychologial rehabilitation and early combined rehabilitative nursing intervention, as well as active and passive effective training and adjunctive therapymethods were taken to patients in experiment group, also the way of rehabilitative nursing was improved at the same time. Usual care approaches were applied to the patients in the control group. Results The function of knee joint of experiment group was significant better than that of control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion Early combined rehabilitation nursing intervention done to the postoperative patients after fracture of knee joint was good for the recovery of function of knee joint. also can prevent synarthrophysis and anchylosis of knee joint, thus returned to society early.
