摘  要:黑龙江乌拉嘎黄金矿业有限责任公司西坑矿石中金属硫化物及金矿物嵌布粒度均较细。选矿工艺试验结果表明:该矿石经原矿浮选—金精矿重选—重尾生物氧化—氰化浸出—锌粉置换提金工艺处理,金的选矿总回收率为80.09%,比现有工艺流程提高了26.45%;经原矿浮选—金精矿焙烧—焙砂氰化浸出—锌粉置换提金工艺处理,金的选矿总回收率为76.49%,比现有工艺流程提高了22.85%。这表明,金精矿须经氧化预处理,才能提高金的回收率。The dissemination size of metal sulfides and gold-bearing minerals in the west openpit of Wulaga gold mine is relatively fine. With raw ore floatation,gold concentrate gravity concentration,gravity concentration tailings biological oxidation, cyanidation leaching, zinc powder precipitation process, the total recovery rate of gold is 80. 09% and 26.45% higher then the present technological process. With raw ore floatation,gold concentrate roasting,roasting residue cyanidation leaching, zinc powder precipitation process, the total recovery rate of gold is 76.49% and 22.85% higher then the present technological process. It is revealed that gold concentrate must be pretreated with oxidation process in order to enhance the gold recovery rate.
