摘　　要：重点讨论了我国国家标准GB/T 5599-1985、英国铁路技术标准GM/RT 2141-2000和欧洲标准prEN14363(E)-2000中在试验校核脱轨系数和轮重减载率时对线路扭曲条件的要求和定义。此外还讨论了转向架回转阻力的定义和标准。Mainly discussed are the requirements and definitions of the track twisting conditions in testing and checking of the derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate,specified in China national standard GB/T 5599—1985,British railway technical standard GM/RT 2141—2000 and European standard prEN 14363(E)—2000.Furthermore,the definitions and standards of rotary resistance of bogies are discussed.
