摘  要:通过对绍兴鸭原种场90只绍兴成年鸭的体斜长、胸围、胸深、龙骨长、骨盆宽、胫长、胫围、半潜水长等8个数量性状与屠体重、全净膛重、瘦肉重进行相关分析和通径分析,结果表明:骨盆宽、胸宽和胫围直接决定屠体重的32%,32%的全净膛重由骨盆宽、胸宽、半潜水长直接决定,瘦肉重与半潜水长、胸宽、胫围等有着明显的协同作用。因此利用这些表型性状能够预测淘汰成年绍兴产蛋鸭的屠体重、瘦肉率等肉用指标,为淘汰绍兴产蛋鸭肉用品系选育提供间接的选育性状,同时有助于了解绍兴鸭各个体型指标与其肉用性能的关系。Ninety Shaoxing mature duck were used to analysis correlation coefficient and path coefficient between 8 quantitative traits and 3 traits of meat production from original farm of Shaoxing duck. The result indicated that more than 32 percent of dressing weight was decided by pelvis width,chest width and shank girth;pelvis width,chest width and semi-diving length together directly affected 32 percent of eviscerated weight. Semi-diring length,chest width and shank girth were key factors influencing meat weight. Therefore,these phenotypes can be used to predict meat production of mature Shaoxing duck and applied for indirect breeding of new duck line from the population of worse reproduction performance duck. Also it was useful to understand the relationship between morphometric traits and meat production traits clearly.
