摘　　要：本文针对传统Web三层架构的B/S结构中存在用户等待时间长的突出问题,提出了基于Ajax平台的异步传输方法,并在基金支持项目高校组织人事管理信息系统上得到成功应用。该方法在B/S架构下添加Ajax引擎,在页面部分与用户交互,并分担部分业务层逻辑。结果表明,Ajax技术的应用实现了无刷新页面更新数据,提高了系统的响应速度,并减轻了服务器的压力。Abstract： In view of the slow speed arising from B/S structure in traditional Web, a method of Interact Asynchronously based on Ajax is proposed. The method adds a Ajax engineer tier in the current B/s structure, functioning as a module interacting with users, and bears part of business logics of the Server End. The result shows that the application of Ajax can update data without refreshing Web pages, improve system＇s response speed, bring down Web Server＇s pressure.
