胶东卫矛组织培养快速繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以胶东卫矛的茎段为外殖体,研究其再生植株在不同外源激素配比下的适宜培养基。试验结果表明:胶东卫矛茎段启动培养基中以MS培养基附加BA 2.0 mg/L、NAA 1.0 mg/L较好,继代培养基以MS培养基附加BA1.0 mg/L、NAA 0.5 mg/L较为合适。生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L最佳,生根率高达100%。The stem segments of Euonymus Kiautschovicus （Loes.） were used as explants to study the suitable mediums with different proportions of exogenous hormones for regeneration plant in this paper. The results showed that the suitable medium for the initiation of explants was MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L and NAA 1.0 mg/L, While for the proliferation of bud clusters it was Ms medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L^-1. For rooting of adventitious buds, 1/2 MS medium replenished with NAA 0.3 mg/L and IBA 0.1 mg/L was excellent, and the rooting rate was 100%.
