摘 要:施用重寄生菌MM011(Pestalotiopsissp.)和LS020(Trichoderma viride)的接种体在林间连续2 a进行华山松Pinus armandii疱锈病防治试验,结果表明:2株重寄生菌均能定殖在茶生柱锈菌Cronartium ribicolaJ.C Fischer的锈孢子堆上;对性子器和锈子器阶段的防治,MM011防效最好的100%;LS020连续防治2 a的平均防效最好的99.21%。方差分析表明这2株菌的防效差异不显著。The experiment of controlling Pinus armandi blister rust with 2 mycoparasits, MM011 (Pestalotiopsis sp. )and LS020 (Trichoderma viride), was made in Pinus armandi forest from 2005 to 2007. The results showed that the mycelium of 2 mycoparasites could fix and grow on the aecidiosorus of Cronartium ribicola J. C Fischer. The control effect in pycnium stage or aeciostage was obvious. The best control rate of MM011 could reach 100%. After 2-years' control, the best mean control rate of LS020 reached 99.21%. The results of variance analysis showed that the difference of controlling effects between MM011 and LS020 was not remarkable.
