改性PAE-St乳液的合成及对纸张性能的影响

摘　　要：合成改性PAE后,与苯乙烯进行乳液聚合得到一种纸张增强剂。用乳液的粒子形态、稳定性、红外谱图等对改性PAE-St进行表征。最后与传统PAE增强剂作比较分别进行抄纸实验,考察对纸张性能的影响,结果表明,改性PAE-St较传统PAE增强剂对纸张性能的提高帮助更大。After synthesis of a modified PAE, and reacting with styrene by emulsion polymerisation, a product as strength agent is got and characterized by particle shape and the stability of the emulsion and infrared spectroscopy etc. Comparing with conventional PAE wet strength agent in test of papermaking, the result indicated that modified PAE-St emulsion has better effect for paper character than the conventional PAE.
