三尖瓣置换术17例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:总结17例三尖瓣置换术(TVR)的临床经验,探讨手术指征和方法。方法:回顾分析1997年1月—2007年8月收治的17例三尖瓣病变患者的临床资料,其中风湿性心脏病6例,先天性心脏病8例,起搏器安置术后2例,胸外伤后1例,均行TVR。结果:全组1例(5.9%)术后早期死亡,余均治愈出院。结论:三尖瓣病变可继发于多种疾病,严格掌握TVR适应证,行TVR治疗三尖瓣病变的疗效满意。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of 17 patients of tricuspid valve replacement and to discuss the surgery indication and method.Methods：From January 1997 to August 2007,clinical data of 17 patients with tricuspid valve disease underwent tricuspid valve replacement were reviewed,including 6 rheumatic heart disease patients,8 congenital heart disease patients,2 pacemaker placed patients and 1 chest trauma patient.Results：One re-do rheumatic heart disease patient died early after operation,while all the other patients were cured.Conclusion：Tricuspid valve disease is a common lesion success to many other diseases.Indication of tricuspid valve replacement should be strictly commanded.The outcome of tricuspid valve replacement is satisfactory.
