储油罐倾倒事故中金属材料材质分析

摘　　要：电厂储油罐筒体内压和温度升高,超过柴油闪点造成爆燃,致使筒体角焊缝撕裂。文章通过大量试验数据分析得出,筒体角焊缝整圈撕裂,筒体向一侧倾倒是由于筒体设计结构不合理,钢板质量不合格,筒体与底座连接角焊缝焊接质量差造成的。As the pressure and temperature in the oil tank of power plant rose and exceeded the flash point of diesel oil, it caused deflagration, the filet weld of oil tank was torn up and the tank inclined to one side. A number of test data showed that poor fillet welding between tank this is caused by irrational design of tank,poor quality of steel plates and and base.
