关节镜下治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的近期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的治疗效果。方法:应用膝关节镜对30例OA患者进行诊治,并在关节镜下切削增生肥厚的滑膜组织、软骨碎片、修整破损的半月板、磨削增生骨赘,用大量0.9%氯化钠液冲洗膝关节腔。结果:本组患者经关节镜检查均证实有OA的存在。随访2～24个月,平均14个月,随访优良率73.3%。结论:关节镜下治疗膝关节OA的疗效良好。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis with arthscopy.Methods：Thirty patients with osteoarthritis were treated with arthoscopic debridement,include hyperplasia synovectomy loose bone removing,spur incising,meniscus fitting,articular cartilage repairing,osteophyma drilling,clusis the material that can cause pain by saline.Results：All patients were followed up for 2 to 24 months,an average of 16 months,the exellent and good rate was 73.3%.Conclusion：Arthoscopic debridement has a good therapeutic effect in treat knee osteoarthritics.
