摘　　要：研究生临床工作能力的培养是研究生教育的一个重要方面，为解决当前眼科研究生临床工作能力培养中存在的种种问题，笔者结合自身研究生教育的经历和多年从事研究生临床教学的经验，提出对眼科研究生临床工作能力培养的一些看法和建议。The cultivation of graduate students＇ clinical work ability is an important aspect of graduate education. To solve the problems in clinical teaching of ophthalmology, we propose our ideas and suggestions for cultivation of ophthalmologic graduate students＇ clinical work ability based on the graduate education we had and experience of our years＇clinical teaching.
