摘 要:研究了以RaneyNi为催化剂,在高压釜中进行呋喃加氢制四氢呋喃研究;分析了呋喃加氢反应条件对制备四氢呋喃的影响.实验结果表明,在一定条件下,可以获得较高的呋喃转化率和四氢呋喃收率.在RaneyNi用量为8%~12%,氢压为2.0~5.0MPa的反应条件下,呋喃的转化率可达99%,四氢呋喃的收率约为70%.Raney nickel catalyst was used to prepare THF in an autoclave with liquid hydrogenation of furan. The favorable reaction conditions in the process of hydrogenation of slurry reactor were analyzed. The experimental results showed that furan can be absolutely converted into THF, and high conversion and yield rate can be obtained by the use of Raney nickel catalyst under the suitable conditions, Under the following condition: the adding amounts of Raney nickel are from 8,0 percent to 12.0 percent, the hydrogen pressures are in the range from 2.0 MPa to 5.0 MPa, the furan conversion rate is over 99 percent, and the yield rate of THF is about 70 percent.
