摘  要:利用经特定脱脂处理后的毛发作载体,经定向培菌挂膜后,对高浓度COD和高硫酸根含量的味精离交废水进行小试和中试研究。结果表明,在一定供气量和温度条件下,废水COD总去除率可稳定在96%以上;在供氧不足的兼性条件下或温度较低时,仍有较高去除效果,其对SO42-的总去除率可达98%以上。2m3/h的中试经历了三个月实际运行,运行结果表明该工艺已具有建立生产性装置的技术条件。Specific bacteria immobilized hair carrier has been used to treat wastewater with high COD and sulfate from gourment powder factory.The operation results from both small scale and pilot experiemental devices have shown:(a)The combination of UBF and DBF is suitable for the treatment of wastewater from gourmet powder factory with good effluent quality (COD≤210mg/L,SO 4 2- ≤120mg/L) and low operation cost,(b)The organic loading rate and acceptable SO 4 2- concentration could reach 10kg COD/m 3.d and 20000 mg/L, respectively,(c).Protein extraction from the raw wastewater not only reduce the loading rate of the following treatment units but also realize obvious ecomomic benefit by resoruces recovery.
