摘　　要：文章报道以常见的羧酸为起始原料,和乙酸酐作用得到相应多一个碳原子的杂环甲基酮,原料简单易得,产物收率45%～81%。实验证明,所用的羧酸必须含有α-氢,否则反应无法进行。The synthesis of ketone compounds containing methyl and heterocycle could be prepared using corresponding acid compounds as starting material by condensation reaction with acetic anhydride. The reaction was easy to be carried out and the yields were 45 %-81%. According to the experiment, it was unreactive if the starting material didn＇t not contain α- hydrogen.
