摘 要:研究了大穗结缕草Zoysia macrostachya在1.5%NaCl胁迫过程中叶片形态、相对含水量、可溶性总糖及游离脯氨酸含量的变化对盐胁迫的响应,其结果发现,随着盐胁迫时间的延长,叶片受害程度先增加,后保持稳定,胁迫到15 d时外观又略有恢复;叶片的相对含水量表现为先下降,后保持稳定,最后又缓慢上升的趋势;叶片可溶性总糖含量和脯氨酸含量表现为逐渐增加到一个峰值后又下降的趋势。在盐分胁迫下叶片可溶性总糖和脯氨酸的积累可能是大穗结缕草抗盐的生理机理之一。A experiment was carried out to determine the response of leaf shape, water content of leaves, total soluble carbohydrates (TSC) and content of Proline (Pro) of Zoysia rnacrostachya to salt stress with the solution of 1.5% NaCl. The results of this study showed harmfulness to leaf shape caused by salt stress increased, and then kept stability and restored until 15th day. Water content of leaves decreased firstly, and then kept stable and eventually increased with the increase of salt stress time. The content of TSC and PRO increased, and then decreased with the increase of the salt stress time. Accumulation of TSC and PRO was one of physiological mechanisms for Z. macrostachya adaptation to salt stress.
