摘  要:通过盆栽试验,研究了不同氮源[硝态氮(NO3--N)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝酸铵态氮(NH4NO3-N)]对高羊茅品种凌志Festuca arundineceacv.Barlexas在高温(38/30℃)胁迫下的生态、生理指标的影响。结果表明,在高温胁迫下:1)铵态氮和硝态氮处理株的叶绿素含量、根冠比、叶片相对含水量都持续下降;硝酸铵态氮处理株先升后降;在同等胁迫水平下,硝酸铵态氮处理株的这些指标含量最高,铵态氮处理株最低;2)铵态氮和硝态氮处理株的叶片过氧化氢、超氧阴离子及丙二醛含量都持续上升;硝酸铵态氮处理株的在胁迫初期降低,随后上升;在同等胁迫水平下,硝酸铵态氮处理株的最低,铵态氮处理株最高;3)整个胁迫过程中,硝酸铵态氮处理株的叶片平均超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性最高,铵态氮处理株的最低。说明在夏季给高羊茅施入硝酸铵态氮效果最佳,有利于提高其耐热性,使其安全越夏。A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of ditterent nitrogen torms (NO3^--N, NH4^+ -N,NH4 NO3- N) on the ecological and physiological characteristics of Festuca arundinecea under high temperature (38/30 ℃) stress. This study showed that chlorophy Ⅱ content, root/shoot ratio and the relative water content in leaves of NO3^--N and NH4^+-N treated plants decreased constantly, meanwhile, these indexes of NH4NO3-N treated plants firstly increased and then decreased. Under the same stress condition, plants with NH4NO5 - N treatment showed the highest value in chlorophy Ⅱ content, root/shoot ratio and the relative water content in leaves of plants were the greatest, and plants with NH4^+ -N treatment was lowest in three indexes. H2O2, O2^- , MDA content in leaves of plants fed with NO3^--N and NH4^+ -N increased constantly to different extent, however, these indicators in leaves of plants fed with NH4NO3-N declined slightly and then increased. Under the same temperature, H2O2, O2^- , MDA content were the highest in leaves of plants fed with NH4NO3-N and lowest in leaves of plants fed with NO3-N. The SOD activity was highest in leaves of plants treated by NH4NO3-N and lowest in the leaves of plants treated by NO3-N. These results indicated that application of NH4NO3-N to F. arundinecea was beneficial to get through the hot summer successfully.
