摘 要:以碳五(C5)、碳九(C9)石油树脂为原料,经马来酸酐加成改性后采用常压转相乳化法制备了改性石油树脂乳液。研究了物料用量、乳化剂、温度、分散工艺等因素对产品性能的影响。结果表明:马来酸酐和石蜡用量分别为改性树脂质量的8%和6%,阳/非离子表面活性剂配比为3:2,用量为改性树脂质量的8%,马来酸酐与石油树脂的加成温度为180℃左右,乳化温度为150~160℃,转相温度为90~100℃,采用锚式搅拌制得了可用于浆内施胶的稳定乳液。同时对产品性能进行了表征。After modification with maleic anhydride, the modified petroleum resin emulsion was synthesized with using C5 , C9 petroleum resin as raw materials by ordinary pressure phase inversion emulsification. The effects of material amount, emulsifying agent, temperature, dispersion process etc. on the properties of product were studied. The results showed that stable emulsion for internal sizing could be prepared by anchored stirring, and the amounts of the maleic anhydride and paraffin wax were 8% and 6% of the modified petroleum resin mass respeetively, the ratio of cationic to nonionic surfactants was 3: 2, the composite emulsifier amount was 8% of the modified petroleum resin mass, and addition reactions temperature was around 180℃, the emulsification temperature was 150 - 160℃ and the phase inversion temperature was 90 -100℃. The performances of the emulsion prepared were characterized.
