摘　　要：大庆原油是高含蜡原油，结蜡问题给采油和运送都带来困难。研发了一种减黏型防蜡、清蜡剂，该剂可防止黏稠度高的原油在采油管上结蜡，并兼有清蜡、减黏作用。可代替过去常采用的机械清蜡、加热清蜡或油管内衬和涂层等方法。由于添加了适量防冷添加剂，使本防蜡剂可在冬季低温下使用和存放。试验结果表明，该剂的防蜡率≥65％，降黏率30％～35％。可在-35℃低温下使用和存放，现场加剂量为2．0％～2．5％。清蜡周期可达3个月以上，并且具有流动性好，加药工艺简单，成本低，清、防蜡效果显著的特点。The crude oil in Daqing is high percentage of wax. The crude oil is difficult for recovery and transportation because of the wax deposition, A viscosity reduction style wax inhibition/remover which can prevent the wax deposition along the oil pipe is prepared with extra functions of wax removing and viscosity reduction. The wax inhibition/remover can be used instead of the traditional methods of mechanical paraffin removal, heated paraffin removal and coating tube, Since the wax inhibition/remover is added some antifreeze agent, it can be applied and stored in winter, The test shows that the JQF - 1 gives a high wax inhibition rate of 65% and the viscosity reduction rate of 30% -35%. It can be used and stored at the temperature of -35℃. The proper dosage of this agent is 2.0% -2.5 %, The period of its wax removal is three months, and it has many advantages, such as good fluidity, simple technique, low cost and effective wax inhibition and removal.
