Molecular Detection of Stripe Rust Resistant Genes and 1BL/1RS Translocation in 55 Wheat Cultivars(Lines)

摘  要:通过已报道的Yr5、Yr10和1BL/1RS分子标记,对55份供试小麦品种(系)进行分子检测。结果表明:供试材料中均不含抗条锈病基因Yr5;有2份含抗条锈病基因Yr10;含1BL/1RS的易位材料比例较高,占25.5%。为抵抗当前流行的条锈病病菌生理小种,小麦育种应加强抗病基因Yr5和Yr10的应用。鉴于1BL/1RS易位对面包品质的不利影响,在亲本利用上应更加谨慎。Molecular markers for stripe rust resistant genes of Yr5, Yr10 and for 1BL/1RS translocation, which were reported early, were used to detect 55 stripe rust resistant wheat cultivars (lines) which were bred in recent years. The results showed that there wasn't wheat cultivar (line) with Yr5 in the test materials. There were only two wheat lines with YrlO. The frequency of wheat cultivars (lines) with 1BL/1RS translocation is 25.5%. In order to improve wheat resistance to dominant races of Puccinia striiforms f. sp. tritici at present in China, the stripe rust resistant genes of Yr5 and Yr10 should he used more frequently. Because of the quality defects, 1BL/1RS translocation wheat cultivars (lines) should he used more cautiously.
