摘  要:为了适应杀菌剂未来发展需要,合成了一种对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)具有良好抗菌活性且对碳钢材料无腐蚀性的杀菌剂2,2-二溴-3-腈基丙胺(DBNPA)。利用红外光谱对合成的目标产物进行了表征,此外通过四试管法测定了杀菌剂的最佳杀菌浓度,结合电化学方法如极化曲线以及交流阻抗等研究了其对碳钢材料的腐蚀特点。研究结果表明,DBNPA的最低杀菌浓度为30mg/L,性能优于目前通用的杀菌剂1227(最低杀菌浓度为100mg/L);电化学阻抗(EIS)和动电位扫描极化曲线研究表明,在API培养基中加入杀菌剂对碳钢腐蚀电流基本上没有改变,约为7.317×10-6A/cm2;且杀菌剂的加入能够在电极表面形成抗菌抑制层,体现在Nyquist图中低频区的容抗弧的半径明显变大。DBNPA是一种环境友好的高效SRB杀菌剂。Bactericide 2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopionamide(DBNPA)with high efficiency to sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)and having no corrosion to carbon steel was synthesized.The synthetic DBNPA was characterized by means of infrared spectrometry.The anti-bacterial activity of DBNPA to SRB was evaluated using 4-tube test.Moreover,the corrosive action of DBNPA to carbon steel was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement.Results showed that DBNPA had a minimum lethal concentration(MLC)of 30 mg/L.It had better antibacterial performance than conventional bactericide'1 227' which had a minimum lethal concentration of 100 mg/L.Moreover,DBNPA did not corrode carbon steel,and the corrosion potential of carbon steel in the presence of DBNPA was about 7.317×10-6 A/cm2,almost unchanged as compared with that of the control test.Besides,DBNPA could form an antibacterial layer on the surface of electrode,resulting in increased impedance at the lowest frequency(0.001 Hz)as compared with of control test,and DBNPA could be thought of as an environmentally friendly bactericide with good efficiency to sulfate reducing bacteria.
