摘 要:采用HHT(Hilbert-Huang Transformation)时间序列分析方法分析冠心病患者支架置入手术对其脉搏波信号的影响.通过经验模态分解(EMD)技术将一非线性、非稳态过程的原始离散数据序列分解为一组内在模态函数(IMFs),每一内在模态函数对应一种物理激励机制.通过对临床采集冠心病患者支架置入手术前后的脉搏波信号分别进行分解,可得到两者的特定模态改变信息.把冠心病患者支架置入手术前后脉搏波信号的模态分解数据和正常人脉搏波的分解数据比较可以发现,C3模态和冠心病血管堵塞与否的相关性最大.The HHT (Hilbert-Huang Transformation)method was adopted to explore the influence of implanting a stent into the coronary artery on the wrist pulse signals. A nonlinear and nonstationary digital signal sequence can be decomposed by using the empirical mode decomposition method (EMD) into a set of intrinsic-mode-function (IMF) components, which correspond to disparate excitation mechanisms. A series of wrist pulse signals of healthy people in different age groups are decomposed in order to obtain general criteria of different modes in relation to corresponding physiological mechanisms. A few of wrist pulse signals are clinically collected from those patients suffered from coronary artery disease before and after stent implantations and decomposed respectively to obtain the particular pathological mode information. The special pathologic mode is compared with that of healthy people. It is found that mode C3 is correlative in statistical dependence with whether the coronary artery of a patient is narrow.
