高产梳棉机配置国产针布的应用实践

摘　　要：为降低企业成本,提高其经济效益,对国产针布与进口针布配置在高产梳棉机上的工艺参数及成纱质量进行了对比分析,说明采用国产分梳元件生产出来的成纱品质指标可以达到甚至超过进口针布。因此,采用国产分梳元件代替进口元件是可行的,但另一方面,还应进一步研究国产分梳件所用材质及其寿命,以进一步提高其性能。In order to reduce production cost for high economic profit,comparative analysis is done to the configuration of both domestic card clothing and overseas card clothing on productive card as to process specification and quality of resultant yarn.Conclusion is made that quality of resultant yarn with domestic carding element can reach or even overtake that with overseas card element.Substitution of the overseas product with the domestic product is possible yet material development is needed for longer service life and better performance.
