Simultaneously Catalytic Removal of NO_x and Soot over Co-Cu-Al Oxides Drived from Hydrotalcites

摘  要:采用共沉淀法以不同摩尔比的Co、Cu、Al的水滑石作前驱物,对其进行焙烧制得Co-Cu-Al混合氧化物;通过程序升温反应(TPR)技术对其同时去除NOx和碳烟的催化活性进行了研究.X射线衍射(XRD)测试显示,所制备的水滑石样品都表现了较好的晶形和层状结构,部分焙烧产物中有一定量的尖晶石相氧化物存在.研究结果表明,所有的焙烧产物都具有同时催化去除NOx和碳烟的活性,Co和Cu含量的变化对催化活性有影响,Co-Cu-Al存在一个最佳Co和Cu的含量配比;当Co∶Cu∶Al=3∶1∶1(摩尔比)时,其催化活性为最佳,起燃温度ti=238℃,所生成的N2的选择性SN2/C=4.9%.Co-Cu-Al mixed oxides (CA()) were prepared with different mole ratios by co-precipitation method from hydrotalcites (HT) as precursors. The catalytic activity was also investigated for the simultaneously catalytic removal of nitrogen oxides and diesel soot particulates by the temperature-programmed reaction technique. All HT samples present well crystallized, layered structures, and parts of CAO catalysts include oxides with spinel crystalline. All the CAO catalysts show the catalytic activity for simultaneous removal catalytic activity of nitrogen oxides and soot. The activity depends on Co/Cu/A1 ratio, and the optimum ratio is Co : Cu : Al=3 : 1 : l(mol : mol), at which point the ti is as low as 238℃, and SN2/c reaches 4.9 %.
