摘　　要：介绍了医学图像三维重建的方法和发展过程,三维重建技术在现阶段医学临床中观察骨组织、空腔脏器、神经的应用,重建清晰、逼真、立体感强的三维图像,为临床提供了清晰而丰富的立体诊断,在医学诊断和过程中,具有很高的实用价值。The method and developing progress on 3D reconstruction technology based on medical image are introduced. Because 3D reconstruction technology is applied in observing bone tissue, cavum viscera and nerve tissue in clinic medicine, clear and vivid images in three dimensions can be reconstructed for clinical diagnosis. The 3D reconstruction technology based on medicine image has great application value in the course of diagnosis and therapy.
