摘　　要：回顾了我国医院信息系统的发展历史,从投资规模、技术人员比例、标准化、规范化体系以及国内外建立电子病历的内涵等几个方面比较了国内医院信息系统与国际水平的差距,分析了目前国内医院信息系统存在的问题,指出了未来我国信息医院信息系统的发展趋势是逐步完善信息标准化,使HIS成为建设重点,将专业细分化、应用软件小型化,大力开展数据挖掘,将新技术融入HIS,把现代化管理作为新目标等。The development history of Chinese HIS is reviewed, the gap between domestic HIS and international one are compared from the scale of investment and the proportion of technical personnel, and the existing problems in domestic HIS are analyzed. It is suggested that the future tendencies of domestic HIS include the improvement of information standardization, more attention is paid to the construction of HIS, and the modern management should be taken as new objective, etc.
