复方天麻颗粒的薄层鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:在复方天麻颗粒中增加薄层鉴别法。方法:本文采用了薄层色谱法,对该方剂中的主药天麻、麦冬进行了定性鉴别。结果:天麻、麦冬的薄层色谱鉴别呈阳性,阴性无干扰。结论:该方法可靠,可用于该药品的质量控制。Objective To establish the TLC method and provide an effective technique for controlling the quality of Tianma granules. Methods Gastrodia elata BL. and Ophiopogon japonicus were identified by TLC method. Results The TLC identication was much specific. Conclusion The TLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible for identication of Tianma granules.
