摘　　要：制度运行伦理作为制度伦理的一个重要方面,与制度设计伦理是有所不同的。它本身包含着的价值原则和道德基础与和谐社会具有同构性与一致性。作为和谐社会构建的主要组成方面,和谐社会对制度运行伦理的价值诉求体现在三个方面:社会结构层面——合理、政治层面——民主、经济层面——公平正义。As an important aspect of the institutional ethics, the ethics of institutional operation is different from the ethics of institutional design . The value principle and moral basis it contains are in accordance with that of a harmonious society. The ethics of institutional operation, which is the main composition in the construction of a harmonious society, should ensure a reasonable society, democratic politics and fair economics
