摘　　要：推进县乡党校教学和管理体制改革,是广西为了适应大规模培训干部和社会主义新农村建设需要在全国率先进行的一项改革。在新形势下,县级党校必须扩权抓实、拓展职能、强化领导责任、创新投入机制,以省级党校为依托加强"三库一基地"建设,进一步推进县乡党校教学和管理体制改革。To Deepen the Reform of Teaching and Managing System in County or Town Party Schools is a new step of Guangxi to meet the needs of large-scaly training the cadres and building socialist new countryside. Under this new situation, it is of great necessity for any one of the county party schools to extend its function, to enhance the sense of responsibility of its leaders, to innovate its mechanism of investment so as to push forward the reform of teaching and managing system .
