摘　　要：区域产业集群与区域创新能力提升之间的互动,是区域经济可持续发展的强大动力。因此发现产业集群与区域创新之间的传导途径就具有重要的价值。本文选择油气资源产业为研究对象,试图揭示出产业集群对区域创新能力的影响力,并根据油气资源生产的集聚性特点探索建立区域创新体系的有效途径。The interactive between regional industry cluster and regional innovation ability is the powerful driving force for the regional economic sustainable development. Thus it is important to find out the relationships between these two factors. This paper examines the impact of oil and gas industry cluster on the innovation ability of regions and finds that an effective approach to build up Regional Innovation System based on the cluster characteristics of oil and gas industry.
