摘　　要：检察事业的基础在基层,难点在基层,希望也在基层。从1978年检察机关恢复重建至今的三十年中,基层检察院的整体状况有了长足的进步。回顾这三十年来基层检察工作所取得的成绩,正视并分析当前基层检察工作中存在的问题,以及探索未来基层检察工作的发展方向既有利于进一步推动基层检察院的建设,也关乎检察事业的整体向前推进。The foundation, difficulties and hope of the procuratorial work all rest with the primary level. Since the reestablishment of the procuratorial organ in 1978, great progresses have been made by the primary procuratorates. It is of importance to promote the development of the primary procuratorates and the integrated advance of the procuratorial system that review the achievements during the 30 years, face up to current problems, and explore the future orientation of the procuratorial work of the primary level.
