摘  要:作为船只防污漆有效成分的有机锡化合物广泛存在于港口、海洋中,而生物富集是其迁移转化的重要途径之一。本文综述了有机锡特别是毒性最强的三丁基锡化合物在一些生物体内的检出水平、富集系数以及可能对生物造成的危害。Organotin compounds were widely used in industry and agriculture.Tributyltin (TBT) and triphenyltin (TPT),which were most toxic among the organotins,were mainly used as effective components in antifouling paints and reached signifcantly high concentration levels in many estuaries and coastal areas in the world.They are very harmful to the nontarget organisms and threatened the aquatic ecosystem.Bioconcentration was one of the most important transfer ways of organotins in the aquatic environment.The bioconcentration factors in various kinds of the marine livings and the harmful effects on the organisms including acute effect and chronic effects were summarized.
