摘　　要：在对城市大型公建概念界定的基础上,从影响大型公建选址的空间要素出发,对城市大型公建的选址与城市空间发展之间的互动关系进行深入研究,并以南京市奥体中心的选址进行实证分析,以期对城市大型公建的选址提供理论和实践的依据.Due to the important role of shaping city images and popularity in the urban space development,large-scale public characteristics, increasing urban soft strength and constructions are increasingly becoming the hot spots in China＇s urban construction. However, because of their unreasonable setting in the process of building and using, the function and role of the large-scale public constructions can not be brought into full play. Based on the concept defining of large-scale taking the setting of Aoti Centre in between the setting of large-scale theoretical evidence for the setting urban public constructions, from the angle of their influencing spatial factors, Nanjing for an example, the paper tries to do an in-depth study on the interaction public constructions and urban space development, which can provide some of large-scale public constructions.
