摘　　要：目标的价值是由多层次、多方面因素决定的。根据目标价值与各层次、各因素的模糊对应关系,提出了价值评估体系指标内容,并对体系的指标特征进行阐述,为建立基于AHP的价值评估模型提供前提和基础,本文以定量的结果对目标价值进行综合评估、并为目标排序、分级等管理提供一种方法。The target value is decided by multiple factories. According to the fuzzy and corresponding relation between target value and each one of the multiple factors, the content of value evaluation system indexes are presented and the characteristics of the system are described. It provides preparations and foundations for the target value evaluation modal based on AHP. The target value is synthetically evaluated with the quantitative results,and the model provides a new method for the management of sequencing and classification of the targets.
