摘　　要：目的:探讨腋纹小切口皮瓣法治疗腋臭的可行性。方法:采用腋纹小切口皮瓣法治疗腋臭36例,患者均有随访。结果:36例患者中,35例治愈,1例术后出现瘢痕,与传统方法相比较P<0.05,差别有显著性。结论:腋纹小切口治疗腋臭具有操作简单、切口微小、无张力、保留腋部皮肤、汗腺清除彻底、复发率低等优点,是治疗腋臭安全、可靠、符合美学要求的一种有效的治疗方法。Objective：To discuss the feasibility of alar flap small incision in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods：36 patients with bromhidrosis were treated by alar flap small incision from Feb.2005 to Mar.2008.All cases were followed-up.Results：In 36 cases,35 patients were cured.One patients had scar after operation.Compared with the traditional way,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：the technique of alar small incision is effective and safe for the treatment of bromhidrosis.The scar is invisible post operatively with the advantage of lower recrudescence and good aesthetic appearance.
