摘　　要：在深层多级发酵过程中,种子罐染菌直接影响发酵生产,通过改进接种形式和操作方式,降低了种子罐染菌率,提高了发酵水平。In the process of deep multilevel fermentation, the contamination of seeds tank is very important to the production of fermentation. By improving the method of inoculating and operating, the ration of contamination of the seeds tank is reduced and the fermentation level is improved.
