摘　　要：从12V180Z型柴油机自动喷调的结构与工作原理入手,较系统全面地对自动喷调的常见故障及产生原因进行归纳分析,通过规范操作过程,完善其检修工艺,加强关键工序控制,力求最大限度地降低自动喷调的故障率,达到提升柴油机的工作性能,为铁路运输提供优质服务的目的。According to the structure and working principle of the automatic injection regulation system for the 12V180Z diesel engine the troubles of the automatic injection adjustment system and causes to the trouble have been comprehensively analyzed and summarized, the maintenance and repair process for the equipment improved and standardized and control on the key process tightened in an effort to minimize the trouble rate of the automatic injection regulation system and raise the working performance of the diesel engine so as to provide high quality service for the rail way transportation.
