摘 要:采用平板计数法和氯仿熏蒸法,以等养分量的有机无机肥做对照,研究了生物复混肥不同施用量对玉米和油麦菜盆栽土壤中微生物数量及土壤微生物生物量的影响.结果表明,在作物生长的前中期,施肥量为0.1和0.2 g.kg-1的生物复混肥处理较等养分量的有机无机肥处理能显著增加土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量及生物量碳和生物量氮含量,在作物生长中后期可显著提高油麦菜盆栽土壤中生物量磷含量.The effect of different dose of compound biofertilizer on soil microbe population and biomass was studied by plating count method and CHCl3 fumigation-extraction method under pot cultured maize and lettuce. The results showed that the application of compound biofertilizer with 0. 1 and 0. 2 g ·kg^-1 could obviously increase the population of soil bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi and the soil microbial biomass C and N content in the early and middle growth stage of crops, comparing with the application of organic-inorganic fertilizer which has the same amount of nutrients. The compound biofertilizer significantly enhanced the content of soil microbial biomass P during the middle and latter growth period of the lettHee.
