抛秧机导苗管内气流场的有限元分析

摘　　要：利用ANSYS软件建立了气力有序抛秧机导苗管内气流场模型,进行了流速有限元分析,获得了流场的分布规律,并通过试验验证了分析的可行性,为揭示抛秧机气力有序作业机理及导苗管的结构优化提供了重要依据.Pneumatic field model in seedling guide tube of ordered pneumatic throwing transplantation machine was founded. Finite element analysis（FEA） of velocity of flow was carried out and distributing rule was gained. Test validated the feasibility of FEA. This study offered important basis for opening out the working mechanism of the machine and for structural optimizing of the tube.
