摘　　要：针对目前油气管道业务发展对国内外各类信息情报的迫切需求,提出油气管道信息情报平台系统的设计方案。介绍了平台系统的功能,制定了平台系统实现的关键技术和目标,规范了管道文献信息的数据格式。同时,建立了一个集数据录入、编辑、检索、记录保存、数据备份等功能于一体的数据库管理系统,具有较强的应用价值。Due to the urgent need of different kinds of information both athome and abroad during the development of the oil and gas pipeline industry at present,a design proposal of the information platform system for oil and gas pipelines was proposed. The functions,key technology,and objective of the platform system were introduced. The data format of documentation information was normalized. In the meantime,the database management system integrating with the functions of data entry,data editing,data retrieval,records keeping, and data backup was set up. Consequently,the database management system is worthy of application.
