摘  要:目的:通过研究脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因与冠心病(CHD)和血脂的关系,探讨冠心病的遗传易感因素。方法:选择经冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者80例,对照组60例。LPL基因多态性通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法测定。结果:CHD组中LPL基因突变型SX和XX者HDL-C水平高于SS基因型者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LPL基因型分布和等位基因频率在CHD组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LPL基因与冠心病发病无相关性,但LPL基因突变可致HDL-C升高,可能对冠心病产生有益影响。Objective.. To explore the hereditary susceptibility of people to develop coronary heart disease (CHD) through studying the association of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene polymorphisms with CHD and serum lipids. Methods: 80 people with CHD were chosen as CHD group and 60 normal people were chosen as the control group. The technique of polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP) was used to detect the LPL gene polymorphisms. Results:The level of HDL - C of the subjects with LPL gene of SX type and XX type was significantly higher than those with LPL gene of SS type(P〈0. 05). There were no significant difference of LPL genotype and alleles frequencies between CHD group and control group (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: LPL gene polymorphism is not related with CHD, but the mutation of I.PI. gene may increased the level of HDL-C.
