核仁形成区嗜银蛋白在肿瘤免疫监测中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)的检测与肿瘤患者机体细胞免疫、生物治疗之间的关系,了解它在肿瘤免疫状态监测中的意义。方法:采用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析系统及配套试剂对正常人、良性疾病及肿瘤患者,及肿瘤患者生物治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞进行染色分析。结果:恶性肿瘤患者与正常人及良性疾病患者之间、化疗后完全缓解者和复发转移者间、免疫细胞治疗前后均有显著差异。结论:外周血T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白检测可准确反映肿瘤患者的免疫状态,与肿瘤负荷和病情进展呈负相关,与机体免疫状态呈正相关,它是恶性肿瘤病情、免疫状态监测的重要指标。Objective：To investigate the values of Ag - nucleolar organization region （Ag - NORs） for tumor monitoring and cellular immunotherapy of tumors. Methods：The lymphocyte T from peripheral blood of healthy subjects, patients with benign diseases, patients with carcinomas before and after immunotherapy were stained and analyzed by means of KL analyzing system of tumor immunity image;＇ respectively. Results：The level of Ag - NORs of patients with carcinomas was higher than those of healthy subjects and patients with benign diseases, it was higher in the patients whose carcinomas had recurred and metastasized than in the patients who were completely relieved, and it was higher in the patients before cellular immunotherapy than after the cellular immunotherapy. Conclusion： The levels of Ag - NORs in peripheral blood can accurately reflect the immune state of patients with tumors. It is of positive correlation with tumorous burthen and evolvement of illness and negative correlation with the immune state of the patients. It is an important index for tumor monitoring.
