西部民营经济发展与地方政府行为的优化

摘　　要：在西部民营经济发展中,地方政府施政乏力。文章分析了造成的原因,认为只有优化地方政府行为,才能进一步促进西部民营经济健康快速发展。Private economy of the West regions has got big development since development of the West regions and plays a increasingly important role in regional economic development. It has grown with the positive support of local governments. Local governments＇actions play a crucial role in the speed and scale of private economy of the West regions. It has got good development, but law environment, administrative environment, financing environment and infrastructure environment still restrict its development. In order to promote the healthy and fast development of private economy of the West regions , this article tells how to optimize local governments＇actions from perspective of local governments＂ actions.
