转育油青49菜心核雄性不育“两用系”研究初报

摘  要:比较菜心细胞质和白菜细胞质对油青49菜心核雄性不育"两用系"的各转育世代农艺性状和品质性状的影响。结果表明:随着回交代数的增加,农艺性状和品质性状逐渐接近轮回亲本油青49菜心。F1材料农艺性状与大白菜亲本相似,与菜心差异较大,Vc含量分别是油青49菜心的3倍和3.5倍,干物质含量是菜心干物质含量的59%;BC1材料多数农艺和品质性状与油青49菜心差异减小,只有少数性状与油青49菜心仍有较大的差异,Vc含量分别是油青49菜心的2.25倍和2.5倍。BC2材料多数农艺和品质性状与油青49菜心相近。各回交世代菜心细胞质材料叶面比白菜细胞质材料油亮。The effects of flowering Chinese cabbage cytoplasm and Chinese cabbage cytoplasm on agronomic and quality characteristics of flowering Chinese cabbage Youqing 49 in different transfer generations were studied. Each agronomic and quality characteristic will approach to that of the recurrent parent--Youqing 49 with the increase of backcross generation. The agronomic and quality characteristics of Ft were similar to the seed-parent Chinese cabbage, different from the Brassica Parachinensis Bailey. The Vc content in was 3 and 3.5 times greater than that of Youqing 49, and the dry matter content was about 59% of the Brassica Parachinensis Bailey. The difference on agronomic and quality characteristics between BCt and Youqing 49 was smmall, just few characters have great differences, 2.25 and 2.5 times of Vc of Youqing 49. There was no significant difference between BC2 generation and recurrent parent. The leaf of the backcross generation cytoplasm was more shiny than that of Chinese cabbage cytoplasm.
