摘　　要：每个人都是交通参与者,交通参与者的安全观念淡薄,是引发交通事故居高不下的重要原因.交通安全教育是构建和谐交通环境的重要举措,提高公民的交通安全素质,强化交通安全宣传的亲民性、针对性、创新性和社会性,有利于形成齐抓共管,全民参与的交通安全氛围.Everyone is a traffic participant, whose poor conception of safety is the important cause for the increasing road accidents. Propaganda and education of traffic safety is the important means to build harmonious traffic environment. The author proposes that we should, through the improvement of citizen＇s traffic safety quality, strengthen the humanization, pertinence, creativity and sociality of the propaganda and education of traffic safety so as to build a traffic safety environment where all the people take part in the management.
