摘　　要：从科技创新能力,船舶配套业发展,造船规模扩张,造船成本上涨等方面分析我国船舶产业繁荣背后的隐忧与风险,就当前我国船舶企业面临的机遇与挑战提出科技创新战略、发展模式转型战略、人才发展战略。The secret worry and hazards behind the prosperity of shipping industry are analyzed in several aspects such as the ability of seience and technology innovation, the development of shipping associated industry, the expanding of shipbuilding capability and the rising of shipbuilding cost. Three progress strategies in- cluding science and technology innovation, developing mode conversion and talent development are suggested for shipbuilding： enterprises to face the opportunities and challenges in the future.
