短期黄连素治疗对2型糖尿病患者尿纤维蛋白降解产物排泄率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察黄连素对2型糖尿病患者尿纤维蛋白降解产物(uFDP)排泄的影响。方法我院收治的2型糖尿病门诊患者35例,随机分为治疗组23例和对照组12例,对照组给予现行糖尿病饮食控制,口服降糖药治疗,并在治疗期间保持治疗方案不变;治疗组在此基础上给予黄连素片0.3g口服,3次/d,疗程均为3周。观察两组患者治疗前、后空腹血糖(FBG)、uFDP、经肌酐矫正后的uFDP排泄率(uFDP/Cr)的变化。结果治疗前、后两组患者FBG、uFDP及uFDP/Cr间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论短期的黄连素治疗对2型糖尿病患者uFDP排泄没有明显影响。Objective To observe the effect of berberine on excretion of Fibrin fibrinogen degradation products in urine （uFDP） of diabetic patients. Methods Totally 35 outpatients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided as ther-apeutic group （n=23） and control group （n=12）. The patients in the control group were given diabetic diet and oral antidiabetics, and had this management until the end of the observation. The patients in the therapeutic group were treated with oral peroral berberine 0.3g, 3 times a day for 3 weeks. The fasting blood glucose （FBG） , uFDP and the rectified excretion of FDP in urine with creatin （uFDP/Cr） in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The changes of FBG, uFDP and uFDP/Cr after the treatment between the two groups were not significant different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Short-term application of berberine has no obvious effect on excretion of uFDP for type 2 diabetic patients.
