摘　　要：对塑件的尺寸进行了工艺分析,确定塑料注射模的设计方案,找出模具设计的难点,并详细论述了壳体塑件注射模结构设计及其工作过程。Analyzed molding process characteristics of the shell body with thread, determined injection mold design project, found out design points, and stated injection mold structure design and working process in detail.
